Residential cleaning services: If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 3 days of the cleaning. We will send a team to address the issue or provide a partial refund based on the situation.

Commercial cleaning services: If the service did not meet the agreed standards, please notify us within 5 days of the cleaning. We will offer a rework or a partial refund.

Products: If you purchased cleaning products from our shop and they are unused, you can return them within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

Proof of service receipt or product purchase is required for all refund requests.
