DMCA Policy

At WhiteGlove Service, we take copyright compliance seriously and act in accordance with the DMCA. If a valid copyright infringement notice is submitted, we are required by law to remove or disable access to the specified content. As part of this process, we may share details of the complaint, including the copyright holder’s contact information, with the uploader of the content.

Filing a Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error or due to misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include the following:

  • Precise identification of the removed content: Clearly state the material that was taken down and its previous location (e.g., a specific URL).
  • Your full legal name and accurate contact information: Including your mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A legally binding statement: Under penalty of perjury, affirming that you have a good faith belief that the removal was a mistake or the content was misidentified.
  • A declaration consenting to U.S. jurisdiction: Agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature: Ensuring the validity of your submission.

Restoration of Content

Upon receipt of a complete and valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complainant. If they do not initiate legal proceedings within 10-14 business days, we will restore the removed content.

Important Notice

Please be aware: Providing false or misleading information in either a DMCA takedown request or a counter-notification may result in legal consequences, including liability for damages. We strongly encourage all parties to engage with this process responsibly and in good faith.
